Information we collect
When you submit our quote request form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, shoot location, preferred date, budget range, and any project details you include.
How we use your information
We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, discuss your project, and coordinate a booking if you move forward. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
How your information is handled
Form submissions are processed by a serverless function and delivered to us by email through Resend, a third-party transactional email provider. We do not currently store submissions in a database — once the request email is sent, that's the only copy that exists. Because of how our email provider operates, your information may be processed on servers located outside Canada, including in the United States.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not currently use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers of any kind.
Data retention
We keep quote request emails only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and complete any resulting project, and delete them within a reasonable time after that.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or request that it be deleted. Contact us using the details below to make a request.
